Gain an in-depth understanding of the responsibilities associated with homeownership verses renting. \nThis workshop will provide an overview and discussion of the initial and ongoing expenses associated with either choice\, assessment of personal needs and wants and how that might affect your decision to buy or rent. \nIn addition\, the workshop will give you a detailed overview on when homeownership is a better value than renting and when it is not.  You will receive guidance on how to assess your financial readiness and the future impact of financial responsibility associated with homeownership as it relates to your financial well being.  You will also be given an overview of educational and financial resources available to assist in your decision to buy or rent. \n  \nRSVP BELOW \nPizza/Light Refreshments Included \nInstructors:   Aida R.
