SUMMARY:CoC Homeless Coalition – Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Anne Arundel and Annapolis Coalition to End Homelessness (the Coalition) is the convening and planning body for Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis tasked with promoting community-wide commitment to ending homelessness\, creation of and access to mainstream programs by people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness\, and optimizing self-sufficiency within our community. This group promotes community-wide planning and strategic use of resources to address homelessness and is committed to improving data collection and performance measurement over time. \n  \nCoalition Board Meetings are held semi-monthly on the 1st Friday of the month.  Meeting minutes are available upon request. \n  \nPlease contact Hannah Breakstone at hbreakstone@acds.org or 410-222-3958 to become a member\, add your name to our mailing list\, or receive general meeting notices and minutes.
