ACDS Executive Director Kathleen Koch recently attended a roundtable with HUD Secretary Ben Carson at Sarah’s House, Anne Arundel County’s homeless emergency and supportive shelter serving families with children.  Run by Catholic Charities, Sarah’s House is supported with federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding administered by ACDS, as well as other sources of County and federal funding to support their rapid re-housing and child care programs.

Located on Fort Meade, Sarah’s House is one of our primary partners in working to end homelessness in Anne Arundel County. Read the Capital-Gazette’s coverage of Secretary Carson’s visit here.
