The FY 2028 Laurel Race Course Impact Fund (LRCIF) Grant Application will open on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The application is due on Wednesday, December 16, 2026 at 12pm (noon).

Applications must be submitted through the Neighborly portal.

ACDS is the administering agency for Anne Arundel County’s Laurel Race Course Impact Fund (LRCIF) grants. LRCIF grants are available on a competitive basis to nonprofit and community organizations working to benefit the communities and residents within the Anne Arundel County portion of the three mile radius of the Laurel Race Track.
