ACDS along with County Executive Steuart Pittman, announced important changes to the the Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP), including: (1) increased assistance amounts that help increase buying power; and (2) higher income restrictions, which expand the number of households who are eligible.  Click HERE for more information on eligibility and how it works!

How to Apply

First, please download a Homeownership Counseling Program application HERE.  The Homeownership Counseling Program is a pre-requisite for the Mortgage Assistance Program.  Once you have graduated from the ACDS Homeownership Counseling Program, download a Mortgage Assistance Program Application by clicking HERE.   Contact us to learn more.
