Meet Mr. Gantt- one of our newly graduated Homeownership Counseling Program clients who just  utilized the ACDS Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP). Mr. Gantt showed initiative both prior and during the HOC program, diligently saving his money, and with our MAP funds he was able to purchase his first home. With the combination of a dedicated client and a great program his dream is now reality! Future MAP applicants- get excited about a new special being offered through the MAP Program:

The Mortgage Assistance Program is offering a special loan maximum amount of $25,000.  This promotion will run through September 30, 2017 OR until funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.   MAP funds are available on a first come, first serve basis. On October 1, 2017 all remaining funds will have a maximum loan amount of $20,000.
