ACDS is pleased to announce that we will be administering a Property Rehabilitation Program in the Brooklyn and Curtis Bay regions of Baltimore City, similar to the program we offer in Brooklyn Park. Financial Assistance will be available to income eligible homeowners who are in need of major rehabilitation work.  State funding from the Greater Baybrook Alliance and Baltimore City funding will support this effort and will also allow for exterior façade improvements.   Typical work includes new roofs, windows and door replacements, plumbing and electrical upgrades and the replacement of antiquated heating and air conditioning systems.  ACDS will provide technical assistance and low cost financing.  Zero percent deferred loans (no payments!) and lead-based paint abatement grants may be available to approved applicants.
