Today, ACDS celebrates Chauncey Hall, Housing Program Director, for his service of 20 years at Arundel Community Development Services, Inc.

Chauncey manages a staff of five housing financial advisors, overseeing the financial packaging of federal, State and local funding as part of the property rehabilitation programs and a down payment and closing cost assistance program. Under his tenure, ACDS has counseled over 400 first-time homebuyers each year, provided help to over 600 low-income homeowners with critical rehabilitation assistance, and helped numerous families avoid foreclosure. Chauncey’s outreach in the community has helped ensure that our programing is equitably serving Black & Hispanic families and other underserved households to aid in reversing historic disparities.
