The Anne Arundel County Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Local Fiscal Year 2023 is now available. The CAPER is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to identify federal resources, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, the Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) program, and Continuum of Care (CoC) funds, received by Anne Arundel County between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, which were used to implement projects and programs to achieve the goals and objectives as outlined in the Consolidated Plan: FY 2021 – FY 2025.
