This Action Plan presents the County’s annual strategy for its use of housing and community development resources in implementing the Anne Arundel County Consolidated Plan: FY 2016 – FY 2020.  It outlines the County’s proposed one year use of federal housing and community development funds expected to be made available through the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grant, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS and Continuum of Care Programs.
