Dear Community Partners:

I am pleased to share Arundel Community Development Services, Inc.’s Fiscal Year 2025 Impact Report.  This report highlights our housing and community development accomplishments that were achieved through many wonderful partnerships, support from Anne Arundel County and our other funders, the hard work of our staff, and the guidance from our volunteer Board of Directors.

We look forward to continuing our work to create and preserve affordable housing and promote community development opportunities throughout Anne Arundel County.
