Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), the County Executive Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Anne Arundel Community Action Agency are partnering to hold a Housing Resource Fair targeting first time homebuyers. The Resource Fair will be marketed countywide and in particular hope to reach out to Black households and other underserved households who are underrepresented in homeownership rates.

When: Saturday, April 22nd, 9:30 am – 1:00 pm
Where: Van Bokkelen Elementary School- 1140 Reece Road, Severn MD

Mini home-buying seminars throughout the morning
Exhibition hall with resources for first time homebuyers
For existing homeowners who are struggling to pay their mortgage, we will have counselors on hand to provide free intake for our Foreclosure Prevention Program
Spanish speaking counselors will be on hand
