  The Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Program can provide you with assistance if you are facing possible foreclosure. We will work with you to develop a realistic budget and plan of action, negotiate with lenders and help you avoid foreclosure. Learn More »
• Property Rehabilitation »
  The Property Rehabilitation Program can help you make repairs to your home with low or zero interest loans and technical assistance.  Our staff will work with you to identify needed repairs, secure financing, find a contractor, and will facilitate communications between you and the contractor as the project is underway.   If you do not qualify for the more comprehensive rehabilitation program, the Property Repair Program may be able to help you correct major health and/or safety and occupancy problems in your home. Learn More »
