The Accessibility Modifications Program is available throughout Anne Arundel County for income eligible homeowners with disabilities who are in need of accessibility modification to their home. The Program offers a zero-interest, deferred payment loan for qualified homeowners.

The Program offers a comprehensive approach to helping homeowners address accessibility modification repairs. ACDS oversees the entire process from application intake, to assisting with the contractor selection, to construction completion. By working directly with the homeowner and contractor, ACDS ensures the work is completed in a timely and workmanlike manner. If it is determined that the home is in need of additional repairs beyond the accessibility modifications, the homeowner may also be eligible for Property Rehabilitation Program funds.
