The Moving Home Program offers tenant based rental assistance and case management to individuals and families with the goal of improving income in order to transition off vouchers after one year. Since inception, the Moving Home Program has housed 80 households experiencing homelessness.  Of the 39 recent graduates of the program, 33 (85%) have remain housed and 74% have increased or maintained income. The majority of those served are Black households (64%) and four identify as Latino or Hispanic.
