ACDS has been appointed the administrator for the County’s recently enacted Housing Attainability Act Program (Bill No. 72-24), otherwise known as the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program. The MPDU Program will be effective July 1, 2025. Draft policies, procedures, and agreements for public comment by May 7, 2025 can be located on our website HERE.
