ACDS In Action

Nine years after realizing her dream of homeownership, our client found herself inundated with extensive and costly home repairs. Feeling overwhelmed, she happened upon an ACDS Property Rehabilitation Program pamphlet in her local Anne Arundel County Senior Center.

Her case was assigned to George, Construction Specialist, and Daryl, Housing Financial Counselor. Their combined expertise helped guide her through the repair contract and loan approval process. ACDS was able to help her with repairs totaling $67,600, including, but not limited to a new roof, siding, HVAC, and windows.  After the work was done, her spirits lifted and she stated the help we provided was life changing. She no longer feels her home is an unsightly embarrassment but is once again a PROUD homeowner!
