This Notice informs the public of the County’s intent to request HUD for the releases of federal funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program for the following activities and programs 1) Property Rehabilitation Program; 2) Property Repair Program; 3) Accessibility Modification Program; 4) Group Home Rehabilitation Program; 5) CHDO Group Home Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and New Construction Activities; and 6) Scattered Site Rental Program.
