ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2020
AND FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2021

Notice is hereby given that Anne Arundel County is proposing to amend its Annual Action Plans for Federal Fiscal Year 2020 (LFY 2021) and Federal Fiscal Year 2021 (LFY 2022).

Anne Arundel County proposes to amend its Annual Action Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2020 and Federal Fiscal Year 2021 in order to update the location of ESG Rapid Re-Housing Programs and ESG-CV Rapid Re-Housing Programs. The amendment will allow Rapid Re-Housing participants to re-locate to neighboring counties if they are unable to locate appropriate housing within Anne Arundel County, so long as the geographic location of the unit allows for Rapid Re-Housing programs to provide supportive services for the duration of program participation.

A copy of the proposed amendment is available on the ACDS website at www.acdsinc.org or may be obtained by calling or emailing the contact listed below. A copy of the proposed amendment will be made available in a form accessible to persons with disabilities, and those with Limited English Proficiency upon request.

Comments on the proposed amendments to the Annual Action Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2020 and Federal Fiscal Year 2021 will be received at the office of Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2022 by email to ebrush@acdsinc.org or by phone 410-222-3956. All comments will be considered and changes made if such changes are deemed appropriate prior to submitting the amended plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
