We are excited that the County, ACDS and our many partners in the County’s Coalition to End Homelessness are being recognized for our efforts to end homelessness in Anne Arundel County! The County, which was recently awarded $2.4 million in nationally competitive funding to support 14 different programs was highlighted in the news over the last few weeks:
Meet Ossie, a mother of two who received assistance through Sarah’s House after experiencing homelessness. No longer homeless, Ossie received supportive services from Sarah’s House in addition to a safe affordable home. She is now back on track to obtain well paying employment.
