Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS) is seeking one or more qualified law firms to provide legal advice and services relating to corporate structuring, low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) structuring and underwriting, project ownership, ACDS lending, and related issues in connection with ACDS ownership, development and financing of affordable rental housing projects.

ACDS is a private, nonprofit corporation established by Anne Arundel County to create and retain affordable housing opportunities, as well as ensure the efficient delivery of community development services to those most in need.  ACDS oversees and manages the expenditure of federal, State and local housing and community development funds on behalf of Anne Arundel County, provides gap financing for affordable rental developments, and analyzes and makes recommendations for Payment in Lieu of Taxes applications. ACDS also owns and operates affordable rental housing developments.
