ACDS is seeking a qualified firm or consultant with knowledge and expertise in strategic planning processes for nonprofit and quasi-governmental organizations. ACDS intends to enter into an Agreement for Consulting Services with highest ranked proposals in response to this Request for Proposals: Arundel Community Development Services, Inc.’s Strategic Plan (RFP”).
The Strategic Plan will serve as a road map for ACDS and answer the following questions:
- Confirm/Re-establish ACDS mission and develop a vision statement.
- What strategic priorities should ACDS be focused on in the next 5 years?
- What are the metrics to measure organizational performance and success?
