The MPDU Program was established by the County’s new Housing Attainability Act and went into effect July 1, 2025 for most new residential development applications submitted to the County beginning July 1, 2025.

Calling all lenders!  ACDS has updated and extended the deadline for responses to its Request for Associated Lenders to the MPDU Program, please review the amended request HERE.

*Please note: This request is an amendment to a previous Solicitation initially offered on September 13, 2025. Lenders who submitted responses to the previous Solicitation do not need to re-submit and their submissions will be reviewed in accordance with the standards provided in this Amended Request.
