All contractor bids for projects scheduled to be received at the ACDS office on Friday, March 20, 2020, will be accepted by ACDS as scheduled. Special instructions for submitting this week’s bids will be sent to contractors on the ACDS eligible to bid list and other interested contractors.

Understanding Your Credit Workshop – CANCELLED

Due to COVID-19 and the emerging public health crisis, ACDS has cancelled all group workshops and classes for the month of March.  Please check back for updates and/or contact our office at for individual financial coaching.

What’s the big deal about credit scores? How do I get my credit score? What impact does my credit score have on my financial wellness? This informative session will provide an in-depth discussion on how to obtain your credit report, how to read your credit report, and how your credit report will be viewed by lenders, credit card companies, employers, insurance providers, and housing rental agencies.

Learn how information is transmitted to the three credit bureaus, the importance of accurate information and what actions are necessary to dispute and correct inaccurate information. Listen to valuable tips about precautions and preventative actions against identity theft and fraud.
