Information for Developers/Builders/Landlords

Builders, developers, owners, landlords, and property managers of MPDU developments must comply with all MPDU program requirements, including distribution and design requirements for all MPDU and market rate units, sales price limits, rent limits and leasing requirements, and must execute a Development Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, to be recorded against the MPDU development.
