The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The CAPER describes the County’s housing and community development accomplishments over the past year. The report describes the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), Continuum of Care (CoC), and County and State housing funds.
